We hereby apply for vending operator membership in VAMA and agree to pay membership dues for the current calendar year, in accordance with the dues scheduled as they apply to our annual location sales, and to live up to VAMA's code of ethics.  Vending operator membership is open to individuals, firms and/or corporations operating or owning coin-activated automatic merchandising machines in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Operator Membership Dues:
For annual gross sales of $500,000 or less $200 Minimum
For annual gross sales of $500,001 to $1,500,000 $400
For annual gross sales of $1,500,001 to $3,000,000 $700
For annual gross sales of $3,000,001 to $5,000,000 $1,000
For annual gross sales over $5,000,000 $1,700 Maximum

We hereby apply for vending associate membership in VAMA and agree to pay membership dues for the current calendar year in accordance with the fees here set forth.  Associate membership is open to manufacturers of vending equipment and to suppliers of merchandise and/or services to the vending service industry.

Contributions or gifts to VAMA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes; however, dues payments may be deductible by members as an ordinary and necessary business expense.
